CYSWOG’n'Fun Triathlon 2010 – Report and Results
On the Bike at Lower Six Mile Road
People woke to the sound of thunder early Sunday morning and the fear that the Nelson 28th annual Cyswog’n might be cancelled. However as the starting gun drew closer, the threat of a storm passed and moments after 8am, the race was underway. The Cyswog’n brings out some of Canada’s best Ironmen, like returning champion Dallas Cain, to many locals just trying to finish.
Unlike last year with blazing heat and smokey air from nearby forest fires, this year brought a chill in the air. Further, the wind made it unlikely for anyone to have a personal best. Read the rest of this entry →
